If a return request is approved in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy:
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund requests are processed within 7–14 business days from the date the return is approved. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the shipping service has been provided, unless the return is due to an error by Naval or a manufacturing defect in the product.
  • Customers will not incur any additional fees if the return is the result of a store error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
