Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
To ensure the best possible experience for our valued customers, all return, exchange, and refund requests are subject to the following terms:
- Due to the nature of fine jewelry, returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, products damaged during delivery, or receipt of an incorrect item.
- Naval must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the order, either via WhatsApp or by visiting our boutique. Please provide the reason for the request and attach supporting photos where applicable.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, certificates, and the purchase invoice.
- Upon receipt, the item will be inspected to verify the reason for the return or exchange request. The customer will be notified of the inspection outcome.
- If a manufacturing defect or an error in order preparation or shipping is confirmed, Naval will cover all shipping, exchange, or refund costs.
- If the inspection determines that the item is free of defects or that the damage resulted from misuse, improper storage, or any alteration after delivery, the return or exchange request will not be accepted.
